Booking Policies

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable and serve as a cancellation fee if you are unable to attend your scheduled session.
To reschedule and apply your deposit to a future session, a minimum of 72 hours notice is required.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice will result in forfeiting the deposit.
Each client is entitled to one free reschedule within three months. Any additional reschedules require a new deposit.
If SA Productions must cancel or reschedule your session, you will receive a full deposit credit toward a future booking.

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the session begins on the day of your shoot.
Accepted payment methods: Square (required at booking), Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash App, or cash for remaining balances.

Arriving 15–29 minutes late: a $25 late fee applies and the session will run for the remaining scheduled time only — no extensions.
Arriving 30 or more minutes late: the session is automatically canceled and the deposit is forfeited.
Sessions will not be extended to make up for lost time under any circumstances.

Sessions are limited to a maximum of 4 guests to maintain focus and flow.
Makeup artists and hairstylists are welcome on set.
SA Productions is not responsible for delays or issues caused by late hair, makeup, wardrobe, or any preparation outside of the photography session itself.

After your session you will receive a gallery link to select your favorite images.
Clients must make their selections within 14 days of receiving the gallery. After 14 days SA Productions will make selections on your behalf.
Edited photos will be delivered within 7–14 business days after selections are made. Business days are Monday through Friday.
24-hour priority editing is available for an additional fee — contact SA Productions before your session to arrange.

By booking a session with SA Productions, you grant SA Productions the right to use your photos and videos for marketing, portfolio, social media, website, and promotional purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted prior to your session.
SA Productions will never sell your images to third parties.
If you prefer your images to remain private, a written privacy opt-out must be submitted before your session date. Privacy opt-outs may affect package eligibility — contact us to discuss.
You retain the right to print, share, and use your edited photos for personal use. Commercial use of your images by the client requires a separate commercial licensing agreement.
Unedited RAW files remain the property of SA Productions unless explicitly included in your package. Where RAW files are included, they are licensed for personal use only — not for resale or third-party editing.
SA Productions reserves the right to watermark images used for promotional purposes. Watermarks are removed on all final delivered gallery images.
By submitting payment or a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to these image rights terms.
